Purchasing new manufacturing equipment in Tajik Textile Company

In order to expand the production capacity of the product, in the period of 2018

and in January of 2019 in the textile factory of the Limited Liability Company “Production Association Nassoji Tojik” 20 units of modern textile equipment from Russia and 4 weaving equipment from the People’s Republic of China were imported and installed. According to responsible information for purchase and installations of production equipment was spent 210 thousand USD. For the preparation of these devices, the specialists have been invited and trained Tajik specialists from the Republic of Uzbekistan and the People’s Republic of China. Thus, with the commissioning of these devices, the company initially launched the production of different types and sized pile towels. According to the responsible persons of the enterprise during the two months of the operation with new installed devices, are produced more than 50 thousand pairs of different types and sized pile towels and more than 3 thousand meter pile fibers. The cotton towels after weaving equipment transfer to coloring part. In this part the pile towels send to sewing workshop where by the skilful masters will prepare different sized towels, female, male and children bathrobes. The leadership of the Limited Liability Company “Production Association Nassoji Tojik” aimed to realize velvet texture production in 2019. It should be noted that Limited Liability Company “Production Association Nassoji Tojik” is actively involved in the development of textile industry in Dushanbe and constantly introduces new technological innovations in production. Nowadays in this enterprise are employed 2028 people and manufactured products at the amount of 22 million 145 thousand somoni in 2018, which is more than 114 percent compared to 2017 or more than 2 million 725 thousand somoni. The responsibility of the enterprise states that expanding the production capacity of the enterprise and increasing manufacture along with the creation of new jobs, is considered as the priorities of the enterprise. For this purpose, in 2014-2015, 250 new modern technology sewing machines were imported from Germany, Czech Republic and the People’s Republic of China. With these accessible these equipments created more than 300 people jobs. With the demand prepared 204 thousand 934 school uniforms during 2018.
